Madras high court Bench Dismisses Nellai kannan's petition pleading for the removal of 293 pontiff of Madurai Aadheenam

The one Nellai Kannan, Tamil orator has filed a writ petition in the Madras High Court Bench seeking a direction to the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department to accord permission for filing a civil suit against the anointment of Paramahamsa Nithyananda as the 293 rd Madurai Aadheenam.
In the petition, filed through his counsel T.S.R. Venkataramana, he claimed to have made an application to the HR and CE department under Section 59 of the HR and CE Act 1956 seeking permission to sue the Aadheenam and ensure the removal of Nithyananda from its heirship.
This writ petition W.P.no. 9648 of 2012 was dismissed by the Madras High court bench on 14th august 2012. here is the copy of the court order.
